SERVICE MANAGER
Automotive Coastal Equipment Services (ACE Services) is a young and rapidly growing automotive equipment supplier, leading the region in the sales and service industry . We have an immediate need for a qualified service manager who values hard work, customer satisfaction and delivering the highest quality service.

Responsibilities:

Build customer relationships and loyalty while delivering exceptional customer service

Interview potential employees and work through the hiring process with office personnel
-
Efficiently manage multiple jobs
-
Lead, manage and train field technicians to align with our companies’ vision and core values
-
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
-
Complete required paperwork utilizing maintenance software program documenting parts usage and repair time
-
Inventory management and cost control
-
Maintaining safety policy for all field technicians
-
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through company sponsored training
-
Maintain an organized & clean work area and company service vehicle
-
Comply with company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
-
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in automotive service industry
-
Excellent communication skills are needed to successfully interact with customers, vendors and co-workers
-
Task-driven, professional, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team
-
Strong leadership and team building skills
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Positive and professional demeanor
-
Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and pass an MVR background check
-
Provide their own basic tools​

Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and Saturdays
